I have been little off the blog
since a week as I was tired and lazy J after long weekend. My husband and I were on
a 3 day long drive on the coastal areas visiting Charleston, Litchfield Beach, Myrtle
and Wilmington.
However, while I am drafting my
next post I have started posting “Kitchen Tips and tricks for easy cooking” on
FB page.

Kitchen Tip: 1 - The first thing
in the morning you always end up doing is - standing in front of your stove and
guarding till the milk boils. I know how it feels as I have been doing this
since my childhood :). Running to switch off the stove so that there's no
spilling of milk.
Well here's a tip to avoid all that chaos: Before you pour milk into the pot for boiling, rub butter along the top edge and the inside lip of the pot. Due to this, the milk won’t overflow when it foams up.
