Well, I don’t consider myself to
be super stylish or fashionable. But I love to try latest trends and colors. I am
adopting them as per my comfort. I have already shared this bag & Zara
pants in my earlier post. However, I am not much comfortable in sharing my
pictures at large on blogJ. Apologies about that! But I will surely
keep posting in a picture or two to give my girlfriends a great deal of help
and ideas on dressing.
Generally, we don’t try to experiment with the latest colors or trends. What stops us? Well, I would say lack of information lest which girl or lady wouldn’t want to dress betterJ. When I was not much into the latest trend looking or colors I opted most of the neutral colors. I know it’s clicking. It must be the same with you too. We generally opt for blue/black jeans, white / yellow / red / brown/black or white Tees or tops. We struggle between the prints/stripes/plain tees. We actually do not care for the complete outfit rather the new tees are worn with jeans and a pair of shoes and we are done for the outfit! Well, I was the same too. Now, with the little know-how of dressing, I move back a step and try to look into the complete Outfit. And here I go, with loads of love and appreciation from my friends and compliments that - I dress well J . You can do the same.
So, here’s your first tip on latest trends: Pastels, These are no new colors. They have been introduced and re-introduced on different timelines.
Below is the picture from the
1950’s:
Couple of days ago, I was watching this miniseries called "The Kennedys", Katie Holmes played an elegant role of Jackie "Jacqueline Kennedy". Jackie looked super stunning in those pastel colors in 1960's.
Not only is that you can have
these colors in casual form but in Formals too. A set from Polyvore!
So ladies what are you waiting
for? Try your hands on the pastels and style them better J.
Good Luck! Have a good day!
