Healthy Bite: 9 - Mango Papaya Milkshake

Last weekend we had a family member at home, my brother-in-law. Who works in Costa Rica, exotic holiday spot for working?? Goodness!! I would enjoy the coastal regions rather than working J. Certainly, the weekend passed on by cooking pretty heavy meals. Though he is not great fan of it but I would like to maintain the rapport of rich and heavy cooking when we have near and dear ones visiting us.

Nevertheless, it’s time now for me to get back to the lite and healthy routine. So, I started off with a milkshake for monday dinner. It was quick to prepare and quite filling!

Here’s the easiest recipe ever J

- Crushed Ice, well diced 1 mango and half papaya, 2 tablespoon of sugar and a cup of milk.
- Add everything in a blender and make puree until smooth.
- Serve immediately, the chilled and filling milkshake.
