This is my
version of Chicken-Stuffed Mushrooms. This is pretty quick and easy to make, stuffed yet makes feel lite.
Preheat oven to 325 Degree F. Cook pieces of Chicken Breast in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain and set aside. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth or paper towel and remove the stems. As shown in the picture below:
Spoon the
chicken mixture into the mushroom caps. Cover the baking dish with little red
wine.

In a bowl mix
the finely chopped chicken, cream cheese, bread crumbs, green chilies, salt to
taste and ¼ cup of red wine. Here,
you can have variants as per your taste desires.
Bake it for
25-30 minutes or until lightly brown. Enjoy your quick chicken-stuffed mushroom
