I have heard a lot from my friends that they are unable beat
their sweet tooth and tend to put on weight. Why not try something different
that helps you stay away from sweet dishes and chocolates. Here’s a quick and
easy recipe.
Mash Strawberries with little sugar and set aside. Arrange 1
banana halves and place pineapples chunks along the center of banana split.
Place a scoop of ice cream, top it with mashed strawberries and blueberries.
You get the sweetness and you consume more than 3
fruits in a plate. Enjoy!! If you want to get rid of the mashed strawberries, you them cut them into fine pieces and top it.
