Healthy Bite: 2 – Super Little Friends

We generally forget our little friends, who come in small package but are great deal of help. One of them are - Almonds, highly rich in dietary fiber and monounsaturated fats i.e. fatty acids. Did something click? There are 2types of fats, a good & bad in common man’s term. Omega 3 - Fatty Acids are the good fats; that are always recommended to ladies after 25years of age. Salmon, Sardines, Almonds, Spinach are few of the good examples of fatty acids. So, handful of almonds every day is no harm to health. I eat them almost every day and I like them soaked. Sardines & Salmons top the food chart of Omega 3- Fatty Acids.

Potential benefits of Omega 3 – Fatty Acids precedes its reputation – controls Blood Pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cancer & inflammation.
