NB: It’s supposed to be at the end of the post but I would
like to mention this beforehand. This post is applicable only to the readers who are in their 20s and 30s; love eating junk food, food from restaurants, fatty food or hate greens and intend to change all the above. Not applicable to the readers with medical history (Thyroid et al) and
pregnant ladies.
There are 2 topics that few of my friends are most interested
in they are “Food & Weight Loss”J.
Without any delay let us kick it off. My super skinny friend Anushi would be disappointed
for the moment because she is more interested in food posts than weight loss.
That will be next my love!
The extra A’s in the FAT gives the real feeling of fat. If I
had to write FAT TO FIT, the fat word would look fitter word than FIT J and you would not be
reading this post. So I thought let us exaggerate the FAT part. Again, this is
true in real life; We become FAT to FATTER to FAATTTEERR and never realize till
we are FATTEST and Doc says “Alright Buddy! You are given 3 months to reduce
your cholesterol, weight and drinking habits lest I would be required to start
your medicines”.
Knock Knock! That’s the wakeup call then. Hmm! If my grandparents
or parents had to read this post they would say “You lazy buggers move around. Let
us see how do you put on weight?”. Accept it! We are lethargic, love eating, hate
moving, love drinking, hate jogging, love dressing, hate reducing weight, love
meat, hate greens, love taste & hate health. Then God must be crazy to give
birth to a species like us.
What good can the fat do for us? How do you feel to carry the
piles of layer of fat on our body? How do you feel when you see yourself in the
mirror? Think! Till you were handled by your parents you were beautiful,
healthy, fresh and active. So, this is what you have done to yourself. Yes my
dear friend! You have messed up your system. You are in late twenties or thirties
and victim of high BP, cholesterol and overweight. Don’t you get tired of being
sick? I mean who likes to have an unhealthy system? None of us right? So, when
do you want to wake up? If you don’t live long, how would you enjoy your life
that god has gifted you? If and only if you have realized the importance of
life, you would not have put on weight at the first place. Hence, this is very
true; if you cannot handle your body you cannot face the challenges of your life.
Every element of life is interlinked. Everything you do reflect
onto your personality. What you do to yourself or to others is what you are.
Many of us have become hardcore slaves of fast foods, meats, sugars, alcohol, beverages
and lazy lifestyle. We are ready to spend money on an unhealthy food but never on
a green, fresh and healthy food. Why? Why is that we are so addicted to these processed foods? Because you haven’t realized it that how much destruction it has already done to
your system. If you have seen your medical results and tested your stamina. You
will understand what I am talking about.
These are real challenges. And real challenges need great courage to hit it down hard. This is a wakeup call! Get up and win the race. Do yourself a favor; reverse your system. Change your habits, clean your system, and flush out all the toxins that you have been carrying in your body. Start eating fresh, healthy greens. Eat right, feel good and look good. Happiness will fall right in places of your life.
Though my medical reports are perfect, I was overweight. I have tackled this issue & still working on it. Keeping it up and running is the second stage of the hard work. If I can, so can you. Believe in yourself and stay determined. YOU ARE NOT FAR FROM YOUR DESTINATION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE! With this post, further numerous posts will be followed on Healthy Food/Diet and Tips. I believe in eating greens, fruits & drinking lots of water. If you want to make a change in your diet; join the club. I hope that by now you have realized that “Where you are is not good to keep you there”.
I back my post with numerous documentaries listed on Netflix. One of them is Forks over Knives, they believe to reverse most of the degenerative diseases by plant based nutrition. You can watch them and understand how processed meat “you call it protein” impacts your body. It’s fine to eat meat but not on a condition that you avoid and hate greens.
