If you are very tired and hungry
after working out in gym and you need a quick, healthy dinner for yourself then
here’s the best recipe to make.
- 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
- 2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Minced Ginger
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 Cup snow peas
- 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Cup Spring Onions- 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
- 1 Cup Brussels Sprout – Chopped!
- ½ Cup Fresh chopped Parsley
- 2 Tablespoon of Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup Orzo- 2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- Salt
Stir fry the first 7 in 1
tablespoon of olive oil. While the
veggies are being stir fried prepare Orzo. All you need is a 1 cup of Orzo and
boiling salted water. Add Orzo in boiling water and cook it for another 5 mins
or until soft.
Once the veggies are turned
little brown and fried. Add pinch of salt (as per taste) followed by Pasta
Sauce. Finish it topping with Parsley. Stir fry for another 2 Minutes.
Serve hot on a plate topped with
Orzo and few drops of Lemon Juice as per your taste.
